Open Access held in the Integrated Sites Information System (ISIS) Database
This dataset contains data in relation to the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000, where members of the public and people with a registered interest in land known as mountain, moor, heath or down have consulted Countryside Council for Wales (CCW) in relation to parcels of land. The data covers enquiries about the CRoW Act, land parcels, requests for leaflets, publications and maps, and advice or guidance. The bulk of the data relates to specific land parcels in the 14 A to O consultation areas in Wales (for draft, provisional and conclusive mapping), along with descriptions of the land, decisions related to the land in terms of whether or not it is mountain, moor, heath or down and appeals based on decisions about it's land status.
