This dataset consists of ad hoc sightings data collected during structured site visits. Recording is mainly focused on recording plant species using the standard grapnel sampling methodology from a boat. Additional species are collected as incidental or ad-hoc records during the survey. There is good confidence in this data as species identification was made in the field with any rare or uncertain species verified in the lab or sent to a recognised expert for verification.
