Wales Trails Management System
This dataset is related to the condition of the Wales Coast Path and National Trails in Wales (with the exception of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, the data for which is held by Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority). It contains information relating to trail furniture and problems / issues encountered along each respective trail.

Data is collected by Local Authority and Natural Resources Wales (NRW) surveyors in the field on an annual basis. Data are entered into the externally hosted Countryside Asset Management System (CAMs) database. NRW then collate the data on behalf of the Local Authorities and supply it back to them as a whole dataset via a Web Feature Service (WFS).
