River Wye Special Area of Conservation (SAC) Lamprey Species Survey 2013 – 2015
River Wye SAC lamprey species population condition assessment using revised Common Standards Monitoring attribute targets (JNCC, 2015). Analysis of lamprey larvae surveys conducted using electrofishing technique and an analysis of population spatial extent, density and age structure for the sea lamprey (Petromyzon marinus), river lamprey (Lampetra fluviatilis) & brook lamprey (Lampetra planeri).
