Internal Drainage Districts (IDD) Sluices

Sluices within the Caldicot & Wentlooge, Lower Wye and Powysland Internal Drainage Districts digitised as point features and mapped for the purpose of flood defence, water level management and asset management. Information recorded includes Top, Base, Winter and Summer water levels, status of the sluice e.g. used or disused, if and when its due for conversion to a modern style sluice, sluice type and material and the watercourses the sluices are located on.
