The Latitude and Longitude positions plotted to WGS84 projection and then the positions converted to British National Grid. Where the description quotes following MLWOT the boundary has been captured to Mean Low Water Mark (MLWM) as shown on OS MasterMap. Therefore for the definitive boundary please refer to the description in the Byelaws.
