This dataset is produced using [Risk of Flooding from Rivers and Sea] which shows the chance of flooding from rivers and/or the sea, based on cells of 50m. Each cell is allocated one of four flood risk categories, taking into account flood defences and their condition. This dataset uses OS data to assign one of four flood risk categories to each property, based simply on the category allocated to the cell that the property is in. Individual addresses are not provided, but OS referencing is included to enable the data to be linked to address databases.
