Merthyr Mawr Warren sand dune rejuvenation trails began in December 2012. The dataset consists of points were topographic elevations were determined, many of which were on profile lines which were profile lines. Key features were defined based on the limits. These features included ridge crests, standing water, new vegetation growth and the position of the frontal sand dunes. The vertical accuracy of the LiDAR has not been quantified directly but is estimated to be better than 10-15 cm.
