Each plan consists of personal details including the names and address of the owner and tenant of the holding; the type of farm enterprise; the general management practice of the holding including livestock type, use of common land and the growth of crops; the changes in management to conform to Tir Cymen guidelines; schedules of annual management payments and standard capital payments; paper maps showing the extent of the holding and surrounding area, the different habitat types surrounding the holding and the capital works being completed around the holding. The plans also list the whole farm management code which includes listing the archaeological features, land forms and water and wetlands found around the holding.
