There are numerous management units involved (7,000 plus), there are many organisations whose work needs to be coordinated, and there are many different types of issues and actions needed. In practice a database is the most efficient way of collection and organising this information. The Actions Database project was initiated in May 2008. Data entry began in November 2008 and is ongoing.
