For licences for which former Countryside Council for Wales (CCW) is the licensing authority, data includes electronic or hardcopy licence information e.g. historic archive of licence applications, copies of licences, licence return forms and correspondence, and electronic data such as copies of licences. Where WAG is the licensing authority consultation with CCW occurs and a tracking of activity is kept on an electronic spreadsheet.
