Eunicella verrucosa colonies around the Skomer MNR have been photographed and assessed for condition since 1992. Colonies are revisited every year and assessed for: Presence, damage, epi-foulants, entanglement, growth, necrotic tissue and the presence of Tritonia nilsodherni and Simnia patula. Eunicella verrucosa is a UK Biodiversity Action Plan (BAP) species and information is used for BAP reporting.
