Met Office: Met Office Rainfall and Evapo-transpiration Calculation System (MORECS) (3rd Party Data)
This is the Met Office Rainfall and Evapo-transpiration Calculation System (MORECS) 40km x 40km squared averages. Natural Resources Wales (NRW) have access to a licenced welsh cut of this data from the Met Office. The Met Office is the UK National Meteorological Service set up to research the possibilities of forecasting the weather, and now uses more than 10 million weather observation from across the UK to create advanced atmospheric models to predict upcoming forecasts and longer term climate change scenarios.
