The Crown Estate: Offshore Aggregates Data (3rd Party Data)

This dataset shows the location of Marine Aggregate Agreements issued on Crown Estate owned seabed. Natural Resources Wales (NRW) has access to a number of Crown Estate datasets associated with the offshore aggregates industry. NRW can use this dataset under the terms and conditions of a bespoke Crown Estate Licence called 'the Data Means Aggregate Production Licence'. The data can be used for internal business use only.

According to the Crown Estate Licence the following applies: \By using the data \"NRW\" agree to the following terms and conditions \"the Data means Aggregate Production Licences.\" We The Crown Estate grant \"NRW\" a non-exclusive non-transferable licence (without the right to sublicense) to copy and use the Data in accordance with the terms of this licence agreement. \"NRW\" may only use the Data for \"their\" own internal business use. The Data must not be used in GIS applications (e.g. webGIS) that can be accessed from outside the licensee business or over an intra/internet.
